Official language of the Symposium is English.

In order to enhance the technical program and focus on specific topics and areas, INDEL 2014 Symposium will include special sessions, in addition to regular ones. The special sessions can focus on the topics that are not covered by the main topics of INDEL 2014. One of the confirmed special sessions will encompass the aspects of design, construction and use of the electric vehicles.

The papers for the Symposium should be prepared according to the Instructions for authors provided on the web page of the Symposium. Only the papers that have not been published or presented in any way will be accepted for this Symposium. The submission of papers will be done electronically through the INDEL 2014 web page, where the authors can find detailed information on submission procedure.

The papers submitted to the Symposium will be peer reviewed. After review of submitted papers, Symposium Program Committee will inform authors if their papers are accepted and included in the Symposium Program. Although papers are subject to a review, the authors are solely responsible for the originality, quality, and authenticity of the papers.

Plenary session will include keynote lectures on the electric vehicles and a round table on the digital television.

The presentation rooms will be equipped with a computer running Microsoft Windows and a video projector. Acceptable presentation formats are PPT and PDF. Presentation time is limited to 15 minutes including questions and discussion.

The authors who prefer a poster discussion rather than an oral presentation are invited to indicate their preference during the paper submission. If a sufficient number of requests is received, along with the regular oral sessions, we will also organize a poster session.

Each accepted paper must be presented at the Symposium by one of the authors. The INDEL 2014 Organizing Committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from publication in the proceedings if the paper is not presented.

Symposium will be held at the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Srpska and at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, both located in Banja Luka. The details about accommodation will be given on the Symposium web page.

Symposium registration fee is 100 EUR. All the authors must pay the symposium registration fee. Additional information about paying will be given on the Symposium web page.
